a. Initial Setup Fees: Any fees paid for the initial setup of services are non-refundable. These fees cover the administrative and operational costs associated with onboarding new clients and initiating the necessary setup processes.

b. Monthly Service Fees: Monthly service fees may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

i. Early Cancellation: If you choose to cancel our services within the first 5 days of the initial term, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the remaining unused portion of the service fees.

ii. Performance Guarantee: We offer a performance guarantee for certain services. If we fail to meet the agreed-upon performance metrics as stated in our service agreement, you may be eligible for a refund or credit. The specific terms and conditions of the performance guarantee will be outlined in your service agreement.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team: Notify us of your intent to request a refund by contacting our customer support team. Provide your full name, contact information, and details regarding the reason for your refund request.

b. Evaluation and Assessment: We will review your refund request and evaluate it based on our refund policy guidelines. We may request additional information or documentation to support your request.

c. Refund Decision: Once your refund request is assessed, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
