About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong visualization skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail, and proficiency in design software and tools.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of graphic designers
2. Develop and execute creative concepts and ideas for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns
3. Create visually appealing designs for our clients' YouTube channels and video content
4. Communicate effectively with clients, account managers, and internal teams to ensure designs meet client expectations.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
6. Mentor and train junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer and leading a team
2. Strong visualization skills and the ability to create visually appealing designs
3. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
4. Ability to conceptualize ideas and visualize them in a creative and appealing way
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
6. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
7. Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
