About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior YouTube Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic plans to optimize our clients' YouTube channels, drive growth, and engagement. You will also mentor and guide team members to ensure successful channel management.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube strategies for clients

2. Lead and manage a team of YouTube executives to achieve channel goals

3. Analyze channel performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

4. Stay updated on the latest YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts

6. Manage client relationships and communicate channel performance and strategies

7. Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance (weekly, monthly) to clients

8. Collaborate with clients to brainstorm new ideas and approaches to increase channel performance

9. Identify opportunities for growth and propose innovative solutions to clients

10. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize channel performance

11. Stay in touch with industry developments and apply best practices to continuously improve channel performance

Requirements

1. Proven track record in successfully managing YouTube channels and leading teams

2. Expertise in YouTube analytics tools, SEO strategies, and content optimization

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making

5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
