As an HR Executive at Cocoma Digital, you will be a vital contributor to our talent acquisition and management process. Your responsibilities include candidate sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for different verticals in social media marketing
Collaborate with hiring managers/coordinators to create job descriptions and qualifications for open positions
Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates to ensure a good fit with the company culture and the job requirements
Manage the offer process, including negotiating and extending job offers to successful candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires
Identify and participate in relevant recruitment events and job fairs to promote Cocoma Digital as an employer of choice
Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure high-performing employees remain engaged and motivated
Work with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience in digital marketing or related fields
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including different verticals and job roles
Proven track record of successfully hiring and retaining top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
Experience with compliance and employment laws and regulations
