About the Role

As a Senior Motion Designer at Cocoma Digital, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics content. You will work closely with our creative team to develop captivating video content for our clients, enhancing their digital presence and driving engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for various digital platforms.

2. Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life through visual storytelling.

3. Create eye-catching and innovative designs that align with client goals.

4. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve design quality.

5. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining design excellence.

6. Incorporate client feedback and revisions into design projects.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

2. Proven experience (4+ years) as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging motion graphics work.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.

4. Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and design aesthetics..

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
