About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tele Caller to join our social media agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting job applicants and agencies who have shown interest in working with our agency, explaining the job requirements, and answering any questions they may have. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in the social media agency industry and relevant job positions

Responsibilities

1. Contact potential job applicants via phone to discuss job requirements and qualifications

2. Provide information about the agency and its services

3. Answer questions from applicants/agencies and address any concerns

4. Update and maintain accurate records of all applicant interactions

5. Collaborate with the HR team to identify job openings and candidate qualifications

6. Follow up with job applicants and schedule interviews when necessary

7. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the recruitment process

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Tele Caller in a social media agency

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to effectively communicate job requirements and qualifications to potential job applicants

4. Familiarity with job posting sites and social media platforms

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
