Application and recruiter screen

After reviewing numerous applications, Cocoma Digital reviews the resumes of the candidates and conducts a recruiter screen. This is our initial interview with prospective employees, providing them the chance to find out more about our organization and the position they have applied for.

First round interview

Following the candidate's selection for Cocoma Digital's initial round of interviews. The candidate is called by the HR to briefly understand their work experience and individuality suitable for the job role.

Task or challenge

After a candidate has been shortlisted and successfully completed the first round of interview, Cocoma Digital assigns them a task or challenge in order to fully evaluate their performance and potential.

Final Interview

Once the candidate clears the first round of interview and qualifies the task assigned to them. Cocoma Digital arranges for the candidate to have a final interview with our director and founder, and that is how we expand our team.
